Police were dealing with a 4 vehicle RTC on the morning of 16/11/22 on the A21 at Tunbridge Wells caused by the road being flooded. Both lanes of the carriageway had to be shut for public safety while waiting for Highways to attend. One of your vehicles was stuck in the traffic, the two workers offered to assist and without fuss quickly cleared away the water revealing the drains.

Their kind efforts cleared probably over 2 miles of stuck vehicles.

I’m sorry that I did not get the two men’s names but they are a credit to your company and if you could pass on our thanks, it would be much appreciated!

Please pass on my sincere thanks for the awesome and mostly last-minute service you all provided to The Howletts Wild Animal Trust over the last two weeks.

Good morning, As the H&S Advisor for Eurotunnel, I am writing to congratulate you with regards to the two staff members who attended yesterday morning (07/09/21) at our Folkestone Terminal. Your two staff members attended the terminal yesterday to deal with a diesel spill which had occurred on one of the platforms. After an initial wait to gain possession of the area, these two gentlemen were nothing but professional in their attitude and abilities. Their attention to detail was first class and myself and my colleague were very impressed at the end result, and the methodical way they carried out these duties ensured that nothing was missed.
